      Every first sprint is a fixed price. If the first milestone review is not what we agreed in writing, you do not pay for that sprint. Audit, session and Blueprint fees are credited in full against any build within 60 days. Anything over $5,000 is 50% on kickoff, 50% on acceptance. Monthly plans cancel any time, at the end of the month.

      What if I do not know which service I need?

      Pick “Not sure yet” and answer four questions on the Start page. You get a named package, a price and a timeline in about a minute, and you can send that brief to me or to a colleague. Or book the 20-minute call and leave with a written recommendation within 48 hours, whether or not you buy anything.

      Who actually does the work?

      I do. One senior engineer from the first call to handover. For engagements above roughly $25,000 I bring in vetted specialists under my contract, and you still have one accountable person.

      Do I own the code, prompts and data?

      Yes. Repositories live in your organisation from day one. Prompts, evals, infrastructure accounts and data are yours. There is no lock-in and no licence fee to me.

      What does “from” mean on a price?

      The lowest price that scope has been delivered for. The written proposal fixes the exact number before you pay anything. Regulated-industry work adds 20 to 35 percent; rush work adds 30 percent, stated up front.

      What happens if I pay for the audit and do not build?

      You keep the scorecard, the ranked use cases and the 30-day plan, and we part on good terms. If you do build with me within 60 days, the full audit fee comes off the price.

      How do payments work?

      Card via Stripe for the instant offers and monthly plans. Invoices for everything else: 50% on kickoff, 50% on acceptance. Bank transfer is fine on request.

      Which tools and models do you use?

      Yours where possible. Models are swappable by design: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or open-weight models on your cloud. I name every tool in the proposal and will not resell a platform you do not need.

      Where are you and when do you reply?

      Hours and timezone are shown live at the top of this page. I reply within one business day inside those hours. An NDA before the call is fine; send yours or use mine.
